Daar staan de patiëntveiligheidskaarten voor zelfmanagement die – ook weer – net online zijn gezet.De kaarten zijn ontwikkeld in samenwerking met de Hart en Vaatgroep en de Nederlandse Federatie van Kankerpatiëntorganisaties (NFK).
